Terms of Service

Rules for using the INTEX website, submitting inquiries, and relying on course information.

Effective date: July 4, 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the INTEX website, course information pages, inquiry forms, contact channels, and related online materials provided by the International Institute of Training and Excellence.

By using this website, submitting an inquiry, contacting INTEX through website links, or relying on course information published here, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the website.

2. Educational Information Website

This website provides general information about INTEX, available course categories, featured programs, student resources, online learning support, contact details, and student inquiry options.

Website content is provided for informational and student support purposes. It does not by itself create admission, enrollment, certification, payment, employment, migration, visa, or transfer rights.

Course details, batch availability, delivery mode, fees, syllabus content, schedules, instructors, partnerships, certificates, and entry requirements may change. INTEX may update or withdraw information when needed.

3. Eligibility and Student Responsibility

The website may be used by prospective students, parents, guardians, current students, adult learners, and other visitors interested in INTEX courses.

If you are under the age of legal majority, you should use the website and discuss enrollment with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising younger students and approving any enrollment or payment decisions.

You are responsible for ensuring that any course, learning schedule, technology requirement, language level, or career objective is suitable for your circumstances before enrolling.

4. Student Inquiries and Communications

When you submit an inquiry, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your name, WhatsApp number, age, district, course interest, student status, preferred batch time, learning preference, and message.

You authorize INTEX to contact you using the details you provide, including WhatsApp, phone, email, or other practical communication channels, for course guidance, intake updates, enrollment support, and follow-up questions.

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee admission, seat availability, a scholarship, a specific batch time, a particular fee, or a specific outcome. A student advisor may need to confirm details directly with you.

5. Enrollment, Fees, Refunds, and Course Rules

Enrollment, payment, refund, attendance, assessment, certificate, transfer, and cancellation terms may be governed by separate written policies, invoices, receipts, enrollment forms, student handbooks, or course-specific notices provided by INTEX.

If separate enrollment or payment terms conflict with general website information, the specific written terms provided for that course or transaction will normally control for that enrollment.

You should review all fee, schedule, refund, and completion requirements before making a payment or starting a course. If anything is unclear, contact INTEX before enrolling.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the website, forms, or contact channels. Prohibited conduct includes submitting false information, impersonating another person, attempting unauthorized access, disrupting website operation, scraping at unreasonable volume, uploading harmful code, or using the website for unlawful purposes.

You must not copy, modify, republish, sell, or commercially exploit website content, course descriptions, images, branding, or materials unless INTEX has given written permission or the law clearly allows it.

INTEX may restrict access, ignore abusive submissions, preserve evidence, or take appropriate action if website misuse, fraud, harassment, security threats, or unlawful activity is suspected.

7. Intellectual Property

The INTEX name, crest, website design, text, course descriptions, graphics, images, icons, layouts, and other materials are owned by INTEX or used with permission, except where third-party rights are indicated.

You may view website pages for personal educational research and inquiry purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you by your use of the website.

If you believe any content on the website infringes your rights, contact INTEX with enough detail for us to review the issue.

8. Third-Party Links and Communication Channels

The website may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp, email clients, phone links, maps, social platforms, learning systems, payment providers, or partner resources.

Third-party services are controlled by their own providers, not INTEX. Their terms, privacy policies, availability, security, and content may differ from ours.

INTEX is not responsible for third-party websites or services, but we try to use practical contact and support channels that help students communicate with us efficiently.

9. Accuracy, Availability, and Website Changes

We aim to keep website information useful and current, but errors, omissions, outdated details, technical issues, or temporary interruptions may occur.

INTEX may change, suspend, redesign, or discontinue parts of the website at any time. We may also update course cards, program descriptions, page routes, images, forms, or contact options.

You should not rely on website information as the sole basis for important academic, financial, employment, or migration decisions. Confirm material details directly with INTEX before acting.

10. No Professional Guarantee

INTEX courses are designed to support practical learning and skill development. However, unless a specific written agreement states otherwise, INTEX does not guarantee employment, salary increases, visa approval, university admission, business results, exam results, or any specific personal or professional outcome.

Your results depend on many factors, including attendance, effort, prior knowledge, practice, assessments, market conditions, employer requirements, and your own decisions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, INTEX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use, inability to use the website, reliance on website information, or third-party service issues.

Where liability cannot be excluded, INTEX limits liability to the extent permitted by law and to the direct loss that is reasonably connected to the specific website service involved.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the INTEX Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through inquiries and communications, why we use it, and how to contact us about privacy requests.

By submitting information through the website, you agree that INTEX may process it as described in the Privacy Policy and as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry or provide student support.

13. Changes to These Terms

INTEX may update these Terms when website features, course information, communication practices, operational needs, or legal requirements change.

The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms from that point forward.

14. Governing Principles

These Terms are intended to be interpreted in a practical and enforceable manner consistent with applicable laws and the educational services offered by INTEX in Sri Lanka.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply as far as possible.
